Meat & Potatoes #29

This edition of Meat & Potatoes was extra-special.  I teamed up with the Kings of Dawson City, Ben Rudis and Brendan Reese, to do some live broadcasting from the Film Fest street barbecue, which was held during my usual Sunday time slot.  Ben and Brendan kicked things off out in the street by teasing some "Kitimavictims", and later on things really got cooking when Ben took over in the studio and I headed over to the barbecue.  Having met many filmmakers over the course of the weekend, I saw all sorts of people I knew and wanted to talk to, and just kept accosting person after person and making them talk to me.  It was pretty amazing and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to do this.  Big thanks to Ben and Brendan, and also to CFYT President Jen Laliberte for helping us get going with the remote broadcasting gear.

Hopefully I'll be able to get a podcast of this episode up and running soon.
